Funl Technologies, Inc. ("Atomic", “we”, “us” or “our”) understands you care how information about you is collected and used. Atomic is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with us. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes our privacy practices for our websites, services, and apps that link to this policy. This policy also details our privacy practices related to Atomic marketing and advertising practices.
Atomic is an online GTM data platform and data visualization tool. We provide the Atomic platform and related support, professional services, and other services to our customers. In this Privacy Policy, we will refer to the Atomic platform and related applications(including mobile apps) and services, as well as any website where this Privacy Policy is displayed, collectively as our “Services.” We will refer to our emails and other marketing and advertising practices collectively as our “Communications.”
For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Atomic Services
We provide Services to our customers. As part of the Services, customer data and content may be stored on our computer systems. As our customer, when you use our Services to process data and content you have collected, you control the data and content you collect, what data and content are loaded into and stored by the Services, and how the data and content are used. The collection, use, transfer, and retention of customer data and content in our Services are governed by our Terms of Service, not this Privacy Policy. As a data processor, we will cooperate with you in your efforts to control your data and content.
Information Collected by Atomic
Atomic registration and customer support
You may provide us with information about you when you complete an Atomic web form, register to use an Atomic website (such a or Service, request a Services demonstration, visit our websites, use our Services, respond to an advertisement, or contact Atomic for support or other offerings. During such processes, we collect Personal Information about you. For example, we may collect your name, company name, address, email, phone number, billing and payment information, position, or title. We may also collect other public and third party information about you to supplement the information we hold such as information about the company where you work.
Atomic websites and use of Cookies
We use information-gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information as you navigate our websites and Services. Through such tools, we receive and store information about how you use our websites and Services. Buttons, tools, and content from other companies
Atomic websites and Services may include buttons, tools, or content that link to other companies’ services (for example, a Facebook “Like” button). In addition, when you see or interact with these buttons, tools, or content, or view an Atomic web page or app containing them, some information from your browser may automatically be sent to the other company. Since we cater to customers that are organizations and we process Personal Information on their behalf as a data processor, any requests to remove or export Personal Information has to be routed through the Services administrators of the organization, if the data subject is a user of one of our customers. Customer administrators can email us at support@onatomic.com for assistance. All administrators and individuals who are users of our services are able to edit inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information stored in the Services.

In some cases our ability to uphold these rights for you may depend upon our obligations to process Personal Information for security, safety, fraud prevention reasons, compliance with regulatory or legal requirements, or because processing is necessary to deliver the services you have requested. Your rights in respect of your Personal Information
We take reasonable steps intended to ensure that your Personal Information we collect is accurate, complete, and current by using the most recent information provided to us. Our Services may allow you to review and edit your Personal Information by accessing your account or similar feature of the website or Service you are using.

You may also send an email to support@onatomic.com with “Unsubscribe” in the body, together with a description of the Communications you no longer desire to receive.
Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Our websites and Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to or intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without obtaining parental consent.

Occasionally, we may change or update this Privacy Policy. For new users, such changes will become effective upon posting.
